Yes, all vape mail orders require Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery. Recipients must provide valid government-issued photo identification to verify their age before accepting the delivery.

What happens if a package is returned to sender?

Reshipping services are provided at our discretion. We may deduct postage costs or apply a restocking fee if packages are returned due to an undeliverable address or failure to obtain an adult signature.

Who is responsible for lost or undelivered packages?

Texas Retail Vapes is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Customers must address issues with third-party carriers. Incorrect delivery concerns must be reported within 48 hours of the latest tracking update

What payment methods do you accept?

What should I do if I receive damaged items?

 Immediately take photos of the package and all contents, keeping all packaging. Email us these photos along with any other relevant information within 24 hours of receiving your delivery at texasretailvapes@gmail.com. For further instructions, refer to our Damage Items policy.

What is your return policy for unopened items?

Within 7 days of delivery, we accept new, unopened items for a refund or store credit. Certain items are non-returnable once opened or used, as listed in our policy.

Do you accept returns for incompatibility-related reasons?

We advise customers to research compatibility or inquire with us before placing orders, as we do not accept returns for incompatibility-related issues.
