Our Philosophy

In order to ensure that our clients are happy with their purchases from us, we conduct returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Please be patient as we politely ask users to thoroughly test the product and provide troubleshooting advice for fast fixes.

Damage Items

If any damaged items are received, immediately take photos of the package and all contents. Keep all packaging.  Email us these photos with any other pertinent information no more than 24 hours after receipt of your delivery.  Any items that have been used or are not in their original condition may not be returned.  

You can email your photos/info to texasretailvapes@gmail.com to initiate the return process.  We will work with the shipping service to pick the piece back up for insurance purposes.  If you select a different item than we currently have available, turn around time should be within 7 – 10 business days.  If a replacement or repair is required, the process may take anywhere from 10 – 45 business days, based on the scenario.

Standard Returns

Within 7 days of delivery, we gladly accept new, unopened items that were purchased on our website for a refund or store credit. Returns that don’t adhere to our policy won’t be accepted and will be delivered back to the customer’s billing address.

The following items are NON RETURNABLE if opened or used for hygienic and safety reasons:

Atomizers – such as RDA & Tanks
Disposable Vape
Replacement Pods & Coils – if temper foil is broken
Replacement Coils – if temper seal is broken
Spare Parts – Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings
Rechargeable Batteries

Once the seal has been broken, a product with unique product seals, such as an E-Liquid bottle cap or hardware packaging with tamper-proof stickers, cannot be returned.

Warranty Service

A 7-Day Limited Warranty from the date of delivery is provided with any hardware purchased directly from our website. For After-Sales Service during an extended warranty period, you can also get in touch with the manufacturers directly.

Products that are not covered by our 7-Day Warranty include:

  • Atomizers – such as RDA & Tanks
  • Disposable Vape
  • Replacement Pods 
  • Replacement Coils
  • Spare Parts – Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings
  • Hemp Products
  • Rechargeable Batteries

You must begin the returns procedure within 7 days of the initial delivery in order to be qualified for service under warranty. You can do this by sending an email to texasretailvapes@gmail.com or by using the Contact Form. Prior to issuing a refund or store credit, we do require the defective item to be delivered back to our facilities.

The 7-Day Limited Warranty does not cover harm brought on by mishandling, misuse, disassembly, specially tailored modifications, or user error. Furthermore, this guarantee does not cover incidental or consequential losses.

The warranty may not apply to atomizers such tanks, RDAs, and replacement parts (coils and pods) because the original manufacturer does not cover these kinds of products under warranty. For further information, go to the manufacturer’s website.

Note: In order to process warranty service, certain manufacturers do require the warranty card that is included in the package. Please don’t throw away the package materials.

Delivery Issue Policy

Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be submitted to us within 48 hours after delivery. As soon as you receive your things, please thoroughly inspect them; it is your responsibility to do so within the allotted time frame and let us know if there are any issues. To continue with the process, you might be asked to mail the wrong items back to our facility or submit an affidavit form.

Normal wear and tear is referred to as minor scratches, cosmetic flaws, and discolouration, which are not covered by the warranty.

Additional Information

We do not promise that different goods will work together. Before placing your order, please do your homework or ask us a question if you have any compatibility concerns. Incompatibility-related refunds are not accepted by us.

Please email our returns department at texasretailvapes@gmail.com if you want to submit a request for a refund, replacement, or exchange. Your FULL NAME, ORDER #, PHONE NUMBER, and the REASONS for the return should be included. You might be asked to submit images or video that demonstrate the problem. You will be provided with additional instructions for returning the package if the return is approved.

Items shouldn’t be returned in standard envelopes or other paper envelope materials since they lack adequate packaging and risk getting lost in the mail or damaged in transit. It’s necessary to use padded envelopes or cartons. The products you are returning may not be accepted if they are not packaged properly.

It should be noted that starter kits, RDAs, RTAs, RDTAs, tanks, and other atomizers purchased from our store are only meant to be used with nicotine salt e-liquids. Any guarantee on these products will be cancelled if they have been used with cannabis oil, cannabis-based substances, CBD oil, or similar liquids, and we won’t accept a return for them.

You have specific legal rights under this guarantee, and you may also have other rights that  vary from state to state.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of mailing the things back to us in the event of a return may be the responsibility of the client. Since damaged items will result in a credit being issued back to your account, we do not offer replacements. All shipping fees and the adult signature service are not refundable.

Refund Process

Refunds may be given as shop credit in the form of reward points or back to the original source of payment (Credit card, debit card, etc.). If the cardholder no longer has possession of the card, Texas Retail Vapes is not liable for refunds to a pre-paid card or a credit card that has been cancelled.

Return To Sender

If a package is returned to us because of undeliverable address such as incorrect or incomplete address, we are not obligated to issue a refund or send replacement goods at our expense. If goods are returned to us back at our facility, a refund will be offered less the postal expense.If a package is returned to sender because the carrier could not collect an adult signature and proof of ID, Texas Retail Vapes reserves the right to deduct a $14 restocking fee from the refund of the order.Furthermore, Texas Retail Vapes reserves the right to re-ship a replacement order only after the original package has been returned to us and processed and we are not obligated to re-send them at our expense.



Please be advised that if we are unable to obtain an adult signature upon delivery and the shipment is subsequently returned to us, you will not be eligible for a refund. It is imperative to ensure that someone of legal age is available to sign for the package upon delivery to avoid any issues.
