We take pleasure in processing orders promptly; the majority of them leave our facilities in less than 24 hours. Orders may take up to 72 hours during periods of high demand. We will use our dependable delivery network to send your packages quickly, even any deliveries containing vapes.
 
Depending on your region and the local service provider, the shipping method and estimated delivery times will be shown to you at the time of purchase. Once it has finished processing at our facility, a tracking email will be automatically sent.
 
All transit estimates are approximations of delivery schedules and do not take weekends or holidays into account.
 
A warning will be provided at checkout if we are unable to ship to your location.  Additionally, keep an eye out for us in the future because we are consistently expanding our service area.
 
 
Adult Signature Service Requirement
 
All vape mail orders will need to employ Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery for parcels containing e-cigarette-related products in compliance with federal jurisdiction and laws. The recipient of this product must provide the delivery person with valid government-issued photo identification to verify their age before accepting it.
 
Texas Retail Vapes cannot be held responsible for refunds if the designated signer is unable to provide an adult signature upon delivery.
 
Timelines for Shipping and Handling
 
All orders may require up to 72 business hours to process before being dispatched. A tracking email will be automatically sent to the customer following the processing time to confirm the product is nearing fulfillment. Depending on your location, the shipping method and the anticipated delivery times will be shown to you at checkout.
 
Note: Processing may take up to 5 working days during the hectic holiday season or periods of increased sales. We really appreciate your patience as our team works diligently every day to guarantee that customers receive packages as quickly as possible.
 
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST, we handle orders. Orders are not processed by shipping companies on weekends or US Federal Holidays.

Reshipping services are provided at the exclusive discretion of Texas Retail Vapes
 
We are not required to offer a refund or send new products at our expense if a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, such as an erroneous or incomplete address. Refunds are given less postage costs for items that are returned to us at our location.
 
The right to deduct a $10 restocking fee from the refund of the order is reserved by Texas Retail Vapes in the event that a product is returned to sender because the carrier was unable to obtain an adult signature and identification is required.
 
Additionally, Texas Retail Vapes reserves the right to ship a replacement order after receiving and processing the original package. We are not required to send replacement orders at our expense.
 
 
Regulations of the State
 
Orders containing forbidden items will be removed from the order and cancelled, with the possibility of an order-wide cancellation and refund while the remaining portions of the package will continue to be processed normally.
 
Undeliverable & Lost Packages:
 
Packages that are lost or not delivered are not the responsibility of Texas Retail Vapes and any problems resulting from undelivered packages must be handled by the client with the relevant third-party carrier. Any incorrect delivery concerns must be notified within 48 hours of the most recent update to the tracking information because Texas Retail Vapes works hard to maintain and resolve such matters.
 
Packages that are sent to third-party shipping companies and are marked as delivered are not the responsibility of Texas Retail Vapes. The customer is responsible for resolving any difficulties with such shipments that have been marked delivered with the third-party delivery company.
 
Please take note that incorrect and incomplete address inputs made by the user may result in returns, delays, and other problems that may affect the timely delivery of your item. Texas Retail Vapes disclaims all liability for any expenses incurred as a result of user-submitted incorrect and inaccurate address submissions.
 
 
How are spare parts delivered?
 
Standard Shipping is used for all warranty and replacement shipments.
