REFUND POLICY

At Texas Retail Vapes, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because vape and hemp-related products require strict safety standards, all returns and exchanges are handled carefully and on a case-by-case basis. Please read this policy in full before submitting a return request.

1. Our Philosophy

We aim to resolve every issue in a fair and efficient manner. Before authorizing a return, our team may request troubleshooting steps or additional information to help quickly diagnose and fix product issues.

2. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must:

  1. Take clear photos of:
    • The outer package
    • All items received
    • Any visible damage
  2. Keep all packaging (box, bubble wrap, inserts).
  3. Email the photos and details within 24 hours of receiving your package to:

Items that are used, opened, or not in their original condition cannot be returned. Once approved, we will coordinate with the carrier for pickup or inspection.

Replacement times may vary:

  • If exchanging for a different available item: 7–10 business days

3. Standard Returns (7-Day Return Window)

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for:

  • New, unopened, unused items
  • Items purchased directly from our website
  • Items still in original packaging and with unbroken tamper seals

Returns that do not meet policy requirements will be rejected and shipped back to the customer.

4. Non-Returnable Items (For Safety & Hygiene Reasons)

The following items cannot be returned if opened, used, or if tamper seals are broken:

  • E-Liquids
  • Disposable Vapes
  • Atomizers (RDAs, Tanks, RTAs, RDTAs)
  • Replacement Pods & Coils
  • Rechargeable Batteries
  • Hemp Products

Once a seal, bottle cap, or tamper sticker is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return.

5. Warranty Policy (7-Day Limited Warranty)

Hardware purchased from our site includes a 7-Day Limited Warranty from the delivery date.

To qualify:

  • You must start the return request within 7 days
  • The defective item must be returned to our facility
  • Warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper handling, disassembly, modifications, or user error

Products NOT Covered by Warranty

  • Atomizers (RDA, RTA, RDTA, Tanks)
  • Disposable Vapes
  • Replacement Pods
  • Replacement Coils
  • Spare Parts
  • Hemp Products
  • Batteries

Many of these items are not covered by manufacturer warranties, which means replacement is not guaranteed. Check the original manufacturer’s website for extended coverage or after-sales service.

Important: Some manufacturers require the original warranty card included in the packaging. Do not discard packaging materials.

6. Delivery Issue Policy (48-Hour Reporting Window)

Claims for:

  • Incorrect items
  • Missing items
  • Damaged items

…must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

You may be asked to:

  • Return incorrect items
  • Provide photos or videos
  • Complete an affidavit form

Normal cosmetic wear (minor scratches, discoloration) is not covered under warranty.

7. Compatibility Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that any products will be compatible with items purchased elsewhere.

We do not accept returns based on:

  • Wrong fit
  • Incompatibility

8. Return Request Instructions

To request a return, refund, or exchange, email:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Phone Number
  • Detailed reason for return
  • Photos or video (if applicable)

If approved, you will receive instructions on where and how to return the item.

Important:
Items must be shipped in padded mailers or boxes. Returns sent in paper envelopes or inadequate packaging may be rejected due to damage.

9. Usage Disclaimer for Atomizers & Kits

All starter kits, tanks, RDAs, RTAs, and similar devices sold by Texas Retail Vapes are intended for use only with nicotine salt e-liquids.

Using these items with:

  • Cannabis oil
  • CBD oil
  • THC liquids
  • Herbal concentrates
  • Any substance other than e-liquid

…voids all warranties and disqualifies the item from return.

10. Return Shipping Costs

Customers may be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to an approved damage claim. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

11. Refund Method

Refunds may be issued as:

  • Store Credit (in the form of Reward Points)
  • Refund to Original Payment Method

We are not responsible if:

  • The card used for the purchase is no longer active
  • It was a prepaid card that cannot accept refunds

12. Return-to-Sender Packages

If a package is returned to Texas Retail Vapes due to:

  • Incorrect / incomplete address
  • Failure to pick up the package
  • Customer refusal

Texas Retail Vapes is not obligated to resend the order or issue a full refund. Refunds for return-to-sender packages will be issued minus shipping costs. Replacement shipping is only provided after the original package is returned and processed.
