Transit times are estimates only
Carriers may experience delays or fail to update tracking

Texas Retail Vapes is not responsible for carrier errors, delays, or lost packages once they are handed over.

11. Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped under a shipment contract. Ownership and risk transfer to the customer when the package is given to the carrier.

12. Returns & Refunds

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Defective items may be returned within 7 days of receipt.

For safety and sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Disposables
Replacement pods or coils
Drip tips
Batteries
Atomizers (RDAs, tanks, etc.)
Hemp products
Used items

If refunds cannot be processed to the original payment method due to banking errors, we may issue store credit.

Reward Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for past purchases.

13. Pricing, Errors & Payments

Product prices exclude shipping and tax. Final totals appear at checkout.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or system error, we reserve the right to:

Correct the price
