SHIPPING POLICY

At Texas Retail Vapes, we work hard to ensure fast, reliable, and secure delivery of all orders. Please review the shipping policy below before placing an order.
1. Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100 (after discounts and before tax).
3. Processing Times
We process and ship orders Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST.
- Standard processing time: 24–72 business hours
- High-volume seasons (holidays, sales): up to 3 business days
- Most customers receive their orders in under 5 business days. For Texas addresses, delivery is typically 1–2 days, and many customers receive their package as soon as the next day, depending on the carrier and location.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. Federal Holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order has completed processing at our facility, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email.
4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Your available shipping options and estimated delivery time will appear at checkout based on your location and the carrier operating in your area.
Please note:
- Delivery estimates exclude weekends and holidays
- Carrier delays may occur and are outside our control
- Vape shipments may require special handling depending on state regulations
All transit times shown at checkout are approximations.
5. Tracking Updates
Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after the package is handed over to the carrier.
This is normal and dependent on local sorting facilities.
6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages (“Return to Sender”)
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Recipient unavailable
- Refusal of delivery
- Carrier inability to deliver
Texas Retail Vapes is not required to:
- Reship the order at our expense
- Provide a full refund
Refunds for returned packages (if applicable) will be issued minus the shipping cost, even if the order originally qualified for free shipping.
We may reship the order once the original package is received and processed, but this is at our sole discretion.
7. State Regulations
Some states restrict certain vape or hemp-related products.
If an item in your order is prohibited in your state:
- The restricted item will be removed
- The remaining items will ship as normal
- The restricted portion of your order will be refunded
- In some cases, the entire order may be canceled
8. Lost, Missing, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Once a package is marked as shipped and transferred to the carrier, responsibility passes to the carrier.
Texas Retail Vapes is not liable for:
- Lost packages
- Packages marked “delivered” but not received
- Misdelivery caused by the carrier
- Packages delivered to forwarding/third-party shipping companies
- Stolen packages
Customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Important:
Delivery issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of the latest tracking update so we can assist with documentation.
9. Customer-Entered Address Errors
Texas Retail Vapes is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or return-to-sender issues caused by:
- Incorrect addresses
- Abbreviations
- Missing apartment/unit numbers
- Typos
Any additional shipping fees due to incorrect address submissions are the customer’s responsibility.
10. Warranty Replacements & Spare Parts
All warranty-related replacements or spare part shipments are sent via Standard Shipping only.

12. Privacy Policy Agreement
By placing an order, you confirm you have read and agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which may be updated at any time.
If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, you must discontinue use of the site.
13. State by State Restrictions on Vaping Products
As a result of the PACT Act, USPS can no longer ship vaping products. Please read our Vape Mail Ban page for more information.
Texas Vapes complies with all federal and state-specific laws and regulations. Please see below for a list of state-based restrictions related to vaping products.
We are currently unable to ship to the following states:

The following states/cities prohibit the use of any discounts/coupons, price reduction promotions, or price rebates for vapor products:

Additional Restrictions and Flavor Bans
Alabama has banned the sale of all tobacco-free (i.e., synthetic) nicotine products.
California has banned the sale of flavored e-liquid products, including menthol.
Illinois has restricted the sale of products from brands that have received a PMTA Marketing Denial Order (MDO) from the FDA. See the FDA's Tobacco Products Marketing Orders page for more information. We also no longer ship to Chicago, IL.
Massachusetts has enacted a temporary ban on the online sale of flavored nicotine products, including menthol, and any product with a nicotine strength over 35mg.
Maryland has banned the sale of flavored disposables.
Minnesota has limited the sale of products into the state to those that have received a PMTA Marketing Granted Order. Please visit the FDA Marketing Granted Orders page for additional information.
New Jersey has also banned the sale of flavored nicotine products, including menthol and any nicotine-free items (excluding tobacco).
New York prohibits the online sale of any vaping products that contain liquid.
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has enacted a ban on flavored nicotine products, including menthol. This ban does not include nicotine-free liquid. The city also prohibits the online sale of e-liquid that contains nicotine salt.
San Francisco, California, has enacted a ban on the sale of all vaping products.
Wisconsin has limited sale of products into the state to those that are listed on the Wisconsin Electronic Vaping Device Directory
The following states/cities have enacted a ban on the sale of flavored vaping products:

Please note that due to Proposition EE, we have temporarily suspended sales to all cities in Colorado.

If the product you are trying to purchase is restricted in your state/locality, you will receive a message during the checkout process, and you will be unable to submit your order until removing the restricted product from your basket.
